The Live Assist Platform is aimed at providing the best engagement experiences for consumers and brands. To do so, Live Assist constantly advances in its technology and always uses the most up-to-date innovative tools which enable the rich engagement experiences we wish to provide our customers.
For the best Live Assist experience, customers are required to use one of the certified operating systems and browser versions listed below. Using the latest browsers ensures better encryption, privacy support by default, and access to Live Assist’s full functionality. CaféX is constantly expanding its matrix of supported operating systems and browser versions.
We fully support only the generally available (GA) browser versions. Mobile devices are not yet supported.
To benefit from the full functionality of Live Assist, cookies must be enabled. The below items are tested thoroughly by CaféX.

Some browsers are not supported at all due to experience or security reasons. When consumers arrive to your website from one of the following browsers, Live Assist will not display any chat buttons or invitations:
- Internet Explorer 8
- Line browsers
- Chrome on iOS

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Requirements
Live Assist seamlessly integrates with the Unified Service Deck (USD) Version 2.2 and higher and the Online Version 8.2 and higher.
