Each CaféX Live Assist license is a named user subscription, which may not be used concurrently or shared by multiple individuals. CaféX omnichannel capabilities will have two options:
- Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Enhanced
- includes live chat and co-browsing capabilities; GA March 2017.
- Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Premium (planned)
- includes live chat, co-browsing capabilities, as well as as additional premium feature sets added to the solution as the roadmap progresses (for example voice and video capability).
