CaféX co-browse, voice, video and chat are deployed in leading, global enterprise and are mature, proven solutions. These capabilities are now seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The joint solution has passed rigorous testing by both CaféX and Microsoft. A joint Preview to global customers and Microsoft partners is in process now, (prior to GA) to ensure proper operations and identify any potential customer experience issues. In addition, several 30-day customer trials are in process and continue to be offered to interested customers and prospects.
