In this scenario, the chat interface is working as expected, however when the customer clicks 'Accept' to the CoBrowse prompt, nothing happens.
The consumer side console (In Developer Tools (F11) > Console) will be empty.
And the agent CoBrowse interface appears, but is generated with blank content.
In order to regenerate and replace the tag. Please follow these instructions.
- Go to your Live Assist admin portal
- Click 'Get Started'
- Click step 2 of the getting started process
- Click Copy
Now replace your old Live Assist for Dynamics 365 tag with the regenerated tag above, and test CoBrowse.
Your issues should now be resolved.
