You can use the following steps to test your Live Assist for Dynamics 365 chat and cobrowse functionality without the need to configure the Live Assist tag on your website.
To access the test links go to the Live Assist Admin Portal and click the Get Started Button:
Go to Step 3:
You will be presented with links to both Dynamics 365 and a Demo Site that can be used to test chat and cobrowse:
The Demo Site will present you with one of CaféX's sites designed specifically for your testing. Your organization's Live Assist tag will be automatically embedded into the page for you and you will be able to interact with your engagements to start a chat and cobrowse from Dynamics 365 as an Agent.
