CaféX is pleased to announce that Live Assist is now available to existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers via Microsoft AppSource.
As of 29th March 2017 Live Assist for Dynamics 365 is available in the following Dynamics regions:
- North America

Customers in supported Dynamics regions will be able to get a free trial of Live Assist on an existing Dynamics instance by clicking on the blue FREE TRIAL button in the AppSource listing.
This will add Live Assist to the list of applications available in the Dynamics 365 Admin Centre.
To get started click on MANAGE to enable Live Assist on an organisation as described in the following video from 1 minute in.
