CaféX will be completing the maintenance originally scheduled for 2nd May on Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th May 2017. The maintenance will be conducted between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 UTC.
CaféX does not anticipate any customer impacting issues during this period.
Why is the maintenance required?
CaféX is rolling out a number of improvements and defect fixes across the Live Assist for 365 service. Further details will be published via release notes once the maintenance is complete.
