Sometimes users will want to blacklist/whitelist websites that the chat client can appear on to add extra security to the model.

Step 1, access your portal page and click the 'links' button:
in there, click engagement portal:
Step 2: head to Campaigns and follow the following steps:
You can add whitelist items or blacklist items but make sure to enable at the top for them to take effect.
