Summary: Some customers would have been unable to authenticate with the admin portal showing an incorrect Dynamics organisation name. CaféX detected the issue and identified the cause to be data corruption due to a malformed SQL statement used for one time database maintenance. The database was restored from backup.
Workaround: No workaround was available.
