Installing Live Assist in an existing configured Unified Service Desk (USD) environment can cause unexpected behaviours and/or errors when running USD. Please ensure that you back up your existing USD configuration using the Dynamics 365 Configuration Migration tool prior to installing LiveAssist.
Some common errors can include:
- Creating duplicate configurations for UII Events on KB Search Control
Solution: Delete duplicate UII Events from USD Configuration of KB Search Control
- Creating duplicate configuration for UII Actions on KB Search Control
Solution: Delete duplicate UII Actions from USD Configuration of KB Search Control
Please ensure that you work with your local Dynamics 365 Administrator to troubleshoot and report any additional errors uncovered.
