If you have a heavy chat workload, or you're not using any other Dynamics features, you may wish to operate Live Assist in full mode. The Agent Widget will pop-out in a new tab or window and use the available area fully. If you desire, make the new window full screen.
To activate full mode click on the button with the "Expand" icon at the upper right of the Live Assist widget.
Full mode has three component panels aligned horizontally:
- Chat Context
- Active Chat Conversation
- List of Active & Closed Chats
Click the "Collapse" button to return the widget to embedded mode.
