If you have a heavy chat workload, or you're not using any other Dynamics features, you may wish to operate Live Assist in full screen mode. You can activate full screen mode by clicking on the "Expand" icon at the upper right of the Live Assist widget.
Full screen mode has three component panels aligned horizontally:
- Chat Context
- Active Chat Conversation
- List of Active & Closed Chats
Click the "Collapse" icon to return the widget to embedded mode.
