To buy and add a subscription to your Live Assist account:
- Contact your CafeX sales representative directly, or
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Viewing your entitlement
To see your available seats for your tenancy:
- Navigate to the Live Assist Admin Portal
Microsoft Dynamics CRM > Service > Live Assist > Administration Portal
- Click Entitlement
- You can assign licenses to an organization—this makes them Available.
- When you activate the seats, by creating Live Assist users, the License moves from Available to In Use.
