CaféX has no information that these vulnerabilities have been used to exploit the Live Assist for Dynamics 365 service.
Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 runs in Azure so can already take advantage of the patches applied by Microsoft as described in the Azure blog post.
In addition CaféX is actively patching to fully mitigate all vulnerabilities which should complete tomorrow, 5th Jan 2018.

We've completed all activities required to fully mitigate vulnerabilities in the Live Assist cloud, all recommended hypervisor, kernel and OS patches have been applied.
