CaféX will be performing essential maintenance across all available regions on Sunday, 1st October 2017.

The maintenance will result in no more than a 15 minute service outage during this period where agents will not be able to service chats from vistors.
CaféX recommends that customers disable engagements prior to the maintenance start time with all agents logged out.
Once the schedule is complete normal service will be restored.
Why is the maintenance required?
CaféX is rolling out a number of improvements and defect fixes across the Live Assist for 365 service.
