We are pleased to announce that Cosmos, our latest release of Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365, is now available.
Cosmos introduces a number of new features including
- Mobile customer support through easy-to-use toolkits for Android and iOS applications;
- Integration of chatbots with escalation to live agents to reduce operational costs and improve customer experience;
- Usability improvements within Dynamics 365 to increase agent efficiency during omni-channel engagements, including audible notifications, enhanced chat context and other enhancements.
