The Live Assist Agent interface can be displayed either inside a panel within the main Microsoft Dynamics 365 user interface or, it can be popped out into a “Full Mode” in its own tab/window; the Live Assist Agent interface will appear in all open Microsoft Dynamics 365 tabs.
When a new tab is opened, whether that be a new Dynamics tab or switching to Full mode, there can be a temporary loss of selected context data. This data will either return shortly after, or re-selecting/focusing a chat will refresh the context data.
