Important: Live Assist for Dynamics 365 is designed to work with the Customer Service Module for Dynamics 365. The configuration is made inside the Dynamics CRM. Articles and information on this support site may not be applicable if you are attempting to use Live Assist for Dynamics 365 with other configurations.
Live Assist is currently available for Dynamics 365 online across all geographies listed in this article:
Live Assist for Dynamics 365 is currently not supported for on premise deployments of Dynamics.
Before installing Live Assist for Dynamics 365 you must ensure that your Dynamics 365 instance meets the following minimum requirements.
1. The Customer Service App or the Sales App need to be installed. Customer Service Hub will only be supported in Q4 2018.
2. You have access to an Office 365 Global Administrator with Dynamics Systems Administrator privileges. As per our How to Start a Trial article.
3. CRM version is > 8.2. Check this by going to Settings > About inside Dynamics:

Co-browse requires a sustainable 100-600kbps to the Live Assist severs for Agent and visitors to operation efficiently. The amount of content can vary depending on the complexity of your visitor pages.
