We’ve discovered an issue with Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365: versions 3.1.0 & 3.1.1, currently available to trial and as upgrades for existing customers.
If you haven’t already, please do not install or upgrade Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 until further notice. We are actively working to rectify the issue, and will post a progress update on our service status page within 24 hours.
If you have already upgraded, please Contact Support for assistance.

Version 3.1.2 of the CRM package is now available on AppSource.

We've received confirmation from Microsoft that the CRM package is progressing through the approval process and will be live for upgrades and on AppSource for new installs shortly. Unfortunately Microsoft are unable to provide a firm ETA.
Customers are now free to install and upgrade to 3.1.1 . However, CaféX recommends waiting until 3.1.2 is available since it also contains some improvements to performance issues seen by some customers.
Once 3.1.2 is available we will update this article. In addition CaféX will be formally announcing all the cool new features in V3.

The CRM package is waiting on Microsoft for approval and will be live shortly after.
There should be no future impact on customers that have already upgraded to version 3.1 of the CRM package.

We have a fix for the issue which is in the process of being published to Microsoft AppSource and will appear as 3.1.2. Once it's available we will post another update.
