Having logged into the CRM the Agent Widet, or Agent Application is not loading.
When using the ribbon to view the Supervisor Console a prompt is displayed stating:
"Live Assist is turned off. Contact your system administrator."
A System Administrator can "Turn On" Live Assist under the Live Assist Settings Tab.
The System Administrator can tick the first check box and Save the changes by pressing the icon in the lower right of the panel.
The Agents must sign-out and sign-in again to make the Agent Widget load
