CaféX will be performing the essential maintenance postponed from Sunday 1st October on Tuesday, 3rd October 2017.

The maintenance will result in no more than a 15 minute service outage during this period where agents will not be able to service chats from vistors. Customers should expect active chats to disconnect and agents to be logged out.
CaféX recommends that customers disable engagements prior to the maintenance start time with all agents logged out.
Once the schedule is complete normal service will be restored.
