Agents can enable the client wait timer to indicate how long it has been since a chat message was last sent to a visitor.
To enable the client wait timer settings:
- As an agent, go to the Live Assists for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Agent Widget.
- Click on About Button (...)
- Tick the Display client wait time option.
During a chat, the Agent sees a timer, indicating how long it has been since the visitor was last sent a message.
