Previously, if you used the Bot Enabler SDK to escalate a chat to an Agent, the chat was not associated with a Chat Activity. Now, the chat is associated with the Chat Activity correctly.
Previously, the auto-assignment of chats from a queue could stop after the maximum concurrent chat count was reached. Now, chats remain in the queue and are auto-assigned when agents become available.
Previously, if there was too much text to display, the Agent's names field would overlap the client's back button on the Android and iOS interfaces. Now, the Agent's name is concatenated and centered on the screen.
Agent's names are no longer clipped when a chat is minimized on iOS.
