Response time status - This config item is not honoured. Instead, all incoming messages mark a conversation as ‘unresponded’ with a time indicating the oldest unresponded message.

Agent state - This config item is not honoured. The only states available to agents are online and away and agents will generally be marked as online after login.
3. Co-browse - This config item is not honoured as Live Assist uses a different co-browse mechanism.
4. File sharing - This config item is honoured via the file share available option above the messaging window.
