Voice and Video Update starting 24th Jan 2023
CBA is enhancing our Voice and Video feature to provide a new, simple one-to-one voice and/or video escalation tool for both our Chat and Messaging Agent Widgets.
This change will be rolled out progressively per region and we do not expect there to be any impact on service:
- EU - Tuesday, 24th Jan 2023. Time: 21:00 UTC
- NA - Saturday, 4th Feb 2023. Time: 9:30 UTC
- AP - Wednesday, 22nd Feb. Time: 15:00 UTC
Important: Since this update also includes a change to our backend provider, the following may need to be allowed through your firewall for the new WebRTC service to work correctly:
