CRM Package version 3.5.4 - Messaging support
Live Assist CRM Package 3.5.4 is now available!
We have taken Live Chat to the next level with our new Messaging platform!
Our new messaging platform comprises of a number of different parts that work together, including a new widget for messaging agents, a new engagement type for web messaging, support for social and other messaging channels, and new tools for managers/supervisors. We have added the flexibility for longer running "anytime" conversations, plus much more.

Note: Currently USD can only be used with either Chat or Messaging platforms across the same organization, not both. Which one is active is based on the URL set in the Model Driven App for LiveAssist Settings:
The relative URL for Messaging is: /agent-messaging/?orgID=[CbaOrgID]&platform=usd
The relative URL for Chat is: /agent-widgets/usd.html?orgID=[CbaOrgID]
The value of [CbaOrgID] will already be in the existing URL
