You can access the Engagement Portal in two different ways:
- Through the Live Assist Admin Portal, or
- Through the Live Assist Settings App in Dynamics
Option 1: Through the Live Assist Admin Portal
- Open the Live Assist Admin Portal. (Learn how)
- In the top left-hand corner, hover over the "Links" heading and click on Engagement Portal.
Option 2: Through the Live Assist Settings App in Dynamics
- Click on your current app name at the top left corner. This will open the applications menu.
- Click on Live Assist Settings.
- Click on Supervisor Console.
If you're logging in to the Engagement Portal for the first time, then you should see a screen similar to the one below.
