Standardized chat time Previously, the agent application displayed chat times in different formats. Now, chat times are displayed in a consistent format. When the LA CRM package 3.5.0 is released (at the end of June), the Context Panel and Transcript are also in a consistent format, as configured by the customer.
Agent End Chat confirmation Enabled in the Admin Portal, as a feature toggle (disabled by default). When enabled, the Agent is prompted to confirm when ending a chat.

Chat Transcript display Previously, Chat Transcript styling in the Chat Activity differed depending on whether Chat Transcript Storage was enabled or not. Now, the Chat Transcript styling when transcript storage is off is consistent with the styling when it is on.
