If you can't see your engagements, check the following:
- Verify that at least one agent is online and assigned to the skill defined in the engagement
- Confirm the campaign published and running
- Is the engagement saved and enabled? You must belong to the campaign’s target audience.
- Are you testing from a targeted webpage location?
- Are you exhibiting the targeted behavior?
- Live Assist Tag: Verify that the tag is deployed on all your web pages.
- Overlapping Engagements: Engagements can not physically overlap each other on the webpage. If you've configured overlapping engagements, the visitor will see only one of them.
