Live Assist is a pre-integrated Dynamics 365 widget that is enabled through provisioning -- no coding within Dynamics is required. The customer only needs to add the Live Assist tag to their website to enable the customer-facing components for chat and co-browse. If the brand is also using the Dynamics Portal, then they should go into the configuration for that portal and enable Live Assist by adding the same tag.
