Access Lists for sites that can use your visitor chat client

Sometimes users will want to specify websites that the chat client can appear on to add extra security to the model. 

This article will show you step by step how to enable this feature. 

1. Access your Live Assist administration portal page and click the Links button: 
2. Click Engagement Portal:
   
3. Edit the URL in your browser to point to the Managed Monitored Domains URL:
   
   This will be specific to your account, and target #/mng/manageDomains

4. Configure the Managed Monitored Domains page 
   
   
   
   You can add Whitelist domains or Blacklist domains. Enable must be checked at the top for them to take effect. 
5. Click Save when finished.
