Live Assist leverages the MSFT Azure environment with hosted CRM capabilities. The CBA Cloud will support the chat, co-browse, voice/video capabilities. CBA will map the service offerings between CBA and Dynamics CRMs regionally, and offerings including data center failover.
Each customer will receive service from two data centers with failover between them if needed. Within a datacenter there is reliability with respect to loss of individual VMs and we have built-in redundancy for both scale and reliability.
