Once you have provisioned your customer portal application , you can take advantage of Live Assist's knowledge base search integration . This feature allows an agent to share content from the knowledge base with a few simple clicks.
Important: If you are using Microsoft Unified Interface the Live Assist Knowledge Base Search feature is not available to agents.
Before an agent can do that, the feature must be enabled by an administrator.
