Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 clients access the service using a set of dynamic domains and addresses.
Firewall Configurations
Configure your firewall and other hardware and software protection to allow outbound traffic from your network to these URLs on ports 80 and 443. The services do not require other open ports. Add all the service URLs and IP addresses to your access control list, to ensure that the Live Assist service is available.
Configure your firewall to allow WebSocket connections to establish. As WebSockets may hold their connection for longer than normal web browsing, your firewall must not close or timeout the connections for any reason.

lpsnmedia.net
liveengage.net
