Live Assist does not support the following browsers, due to experience or security reasons. If visitors use one of the following browsers to view your website, Live Assist may not display any engagements or chat-buttons:
- Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10
- Line browsers
- Mobile Device Browsers other than those listed above.
- Internet Explorer 11 in Compatibility mode
