As an agent, you are automatically logged in to Live Assist for Dynamics 365 when you log into the Dynamics 365 web client. Once you are logged in, the Agent Widget should appear on the right side of the screen as illustrated below.
If you do not have login credentials, please request them from your Dynamics 365 administrator.
If the widget does not load for you, please see the various articles in our Agent Troubleshooting section. Or ask for help from your system administrator.
