This can be achieved with a post-chat survey, where a visitor can provide an email address to receive the transcript. It is also possible for a visitor to request a transcript by expanding the options tray from the chat-engagement; however, this must be enabled.
The visitor will received an email 'from' the email address that was provided when Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 was first installed. If you would like this to be changed please Contact Support with the details of your Dynamics 365 organisation and provide an alternative email address to use. Note: Support are not able to make changes to 30-day trial accounts
