Visitors request chat transcripts through a post-chat survey, or from the options tray during the chat. You customize your engagement to enable this option. The visitor provide an email address to receive the transcript.
Visitors receive transcript emails from the email address you provide when installing Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365. If you wish to update this address see Campaign email configuration.
Note: Customer Support are not able to make changes to 30-day trial accounts.
