Visitors can request chat transcripts through a post-chat survey. The visitor can provide an email address to receive the transcript. It is also possible for a visitor to request a transcript by expanding the options tray from the chat-engagement; but your engagement customization must enable this option.
Visitors receive transcript emails from the email address that was provided when Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 was first installed. If you wish to update this address see Campaign email configuration.
