While in a co-browse session, you can share (or "push") a document to the visitor. Both of you will be able to view the document within the co-browse session. The document will be read-only and cannot be downloaded by the visitor.
This feature is different from the file transfer feature, which allows you transmit a file to a visitor for download. Unlike that feature, document push shows the visitor the document on screen as soon as you push it.
How to push a document during co-browse
First, click on the attachment icon (paperclip) on the co-browse toolbar.
Choose a file from your local computer using the file selector.
Note: You may only use one of the following file types: PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
After you select a file, the visitor will receive a notification.
If the visitor clicks OK, then both of you will see the document on screen. You can use all of the normal co-browse tools on the document.
The document will no longer be available after the co-browse session has been ended. It is not possible to download the file.
