Dear CBA customers and partners:
We have enhanced how the subject line of a Dynamics 365 Chat Activity is generated from a Live Assist engagement. These activities will now be prefixed by the channel from where the engagement originated. For example, if one of your customers messages you by WhatsApp, the activity subject will start with "WhatsApp."
This change is effective as of April 30, 2024 for the North America region, as of May 15, 2024 for the EMEA region, and as of May 16, 2024 for the APAC region. Only Chat Activities created from that time forward will have this prefix; existing Chat Activities will not receive it. This enhancement applies only to our modern Messaging platform.
