This article explains how to buy a subscription to Live Assist for Dynamics 365 or get a quote. It also explains how to view the used engagement credits (interactions) for your tenancy.
How to buy a subscription or get a quote
Please contact your Account Director (or sales representative), if you have one. If not, please send an email to global-sales@cba-japan.com. One of our specialists will design a custom quote based on your specific needs.
When you submit your request, it would be helpful if you can provide the following information.
- First Name:
- Last Name:
- Email address:
- Phone number:
- Job title:
- Company Name:
- Billing Address & Country:
- Estimated Daily Active Relationships (DAR) per year, if known*:
* We know that DAR can be difficult to estimate. If you don't have an estimate, just provide whatever details you can, such as how many agents you have, an estimated number of conversations or emails per day, and number of working days in a year. We can help you estimate your DAR.
A representative from our Sales team will contact you as soon as possible. In the meantime, we invite you to test things out in a free trial, if you haven't already.
Viewing your usage data
To see how many engagement credits you have used, go to our CPI Billing Dashboard.
The dashboard shows your organization's Daily Active Relationships (DAR) per month, similar to the image below.
Note: CPI Usage data is not available for free trial accounts. If you are on a free trial and need to learn your usage, contact our support team.
