Live Assist for Dynamics 365 (LAD365) has some features that are exclusive to the Unified Service Desk (USD). These features are not present when you use LAD365 in the Dynamics 365 web client.

- Automatic launch of app tabs within a USD session
- Automatic association of a USD session with a conversation
- Auto switching of conversation in the agent widget when you switch sessions in USD
- Auto switching of the USD session when you switch conversations in the agent widget
- Automatic application of busy presence when your session capacity is full
- Automatic routing of the agent widget to a second monitor when using full chat mode (legacy Chat platform only; full chat mode is not possible in the Messaging platform)
