We have been made aware of the high severity vulnerability (CVE-2022-2274) and the medium security vulnerability (CVE-2022-2097) impacting multiple versions of the Open SSL utility that may affect Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365.


We have updated our services to mitigate this. We will keep on monitoring this issue and provide any further updates as necessary.
