At times the Agent Widget may not open when Microsoft Teams is enabled in Dynamics at the same time as Live Assist. This article explains a workaround to fix this problem.
- Go to Power Admin Platform Center. Next, select an environment.
- On the command bar, select Settings > Integration > Teams integration settings.
- On the Microsoft Teams Collaboration and Chat Page, toggle on “Turn on Microsoft Teams chats inside Dynamics 365”. Then click “Turn on for selected Dynamics 365 apps” and select the Dynamics 365 apps that are Live Assist enabled.
- Save the changes.
