If you are using the Firefox browser, you may have an issue using chat commands. This article explains the problem and a workaround to it.
Note: We support only Chrome and Edge browsers on the agent side. (Learn more.) Firefox is not a support browser for agents.
If you use Firefox, you may find that you lose focus on the input box when you type a chat command. Or you may lose the cursor entirely. This prevents you from continuing to type to filter the results or select an option with the keyboard.
This problem happens only in the Firefox browser. If you use this browser, you will need to click with the mouse on the menu that appears when you type a chat command. Then afterwards, click into the input box. This will recover the cursor and restore your ability to keep typing.
For better results, we recommend you use a support browser such as Chrome or Edge.
