If you log into multiple user accounts in the USD, you may need to occasionally clear out a cached user. Follow these steps to do so.
- Focus in the main USD window and Press F12
- Press Cmd + Shift + Pā ā (for Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + P (for Windows)
- Type in clear
- Select Clear site data
- Focus in the Agent chat widget panel in USD and Press F12 and repeat the steps 2 to 4.
