When you install Live Assist for Dynamics 365 in an existing Unified Service Desk (USD) environment, you may have some unexpected behaviors or errors when running USD. Therefore, please back up your existing USD configuration prior to installing Live Assist. You can do this with the Dynamics 365 Configuration Migration tool.

Error: Duplicate configurations for UII Events on KB Search Control
- Solution: Delete duplicate UII Events from USD Configuration of KB Search Control
