Verify the Live Assist CRM Package version

This article explains how to see which version of the Live Assist for Dynamics 365 (LAD365) package that you have installed. 

  1. In Dynamics 365, click on the settings (gear) icon on the right side of the top menu bar. Then click on Advanced Settings.

  2. Open the Settings menu by clicking the carat (down arrow) icon. Then click on Solutions under the Customizations heading.

  3. Search for Live Assist. You will see the version number of your installed solution in the version column.

You can find the latest version number by checking the details tab of the AppSource listing for LAD365. If you decide to upgrade your version, please follow the steps in our upgrade guide.
