You can capture logs from USD while it is running. This can help you debug issues in real-time and determine if USD behaves as you expect, or if events are firing.
Customer Support may ask you to save your Action Calls and Debug Output from USD and attach them to a ticket.
- Under Settings, open the Debug dialog
- Open Action Calls and click on an Action Call.
- Select all Action Calls, by pressing
- Right click your selection and click Copy Data To Clipboard
- Paste your clipboard into a
- Click Debug Output
- Select All, then Copy and Paste the text into another
