There are two approaches to Load the chat widget from USD:
1.) Manually
2.) Automatically
To load the agent widget manually:
- Open the USD Debugger
- Run the Chat Control Load action call, then expand the right side panel.
To automatically open the agent widget when USD loads:
- Go to the Advanced Settings > Unified Service Desk > Events and look for DesktopReady event.
- Select + to add a new Action to the event. Type "Chat Control" and select "Chat Control Load".
- After which, this should automatically be added to the Active Actions. Confirm if Chat Control Load is present.
The next time USD loads, the Agent widget will then automatically show up.
