Performing a knowledge base search

Requirements:

• Must have the KB Search hosted control configured
• Must have the KB Search hosted control opened
• Must perform the action call when a session exists

To perform a knowledge base search:

1. Set the event to be handled Hosted Control > Event Name to
   Chat Control > OpenKnowledgeBase
2. If you want to use a search string, use the following parameter: "PostData"="SEARCH_TERM"
3. Call the action with the data specified:

   Action	Search
   Data	query=SEARCH_TERM results=5 blockClick=1
